Terms of Use

OmaCalendar is open-source desktop software currently in early development. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your accounts and data

You are responsible for the Google or CalDAV accounts you connect and for actions performed through them. You may disconnect an account or revoke provider access at any time.

Acceptable use

You may use, copy, modify, and distribute OmaCalendar under the MIT License. Do not use the software to violate applicable law, interfere with calendar providers, or access an account without authorization.

No hosted service

The OmaCalendar project does not operate a calendar hosting or synchronization service. The application communicates directly with the providers you configure.

Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, as described in the MIT License. To the extent permitted by law, the project owner and contributors are not liable for loss of data, missed events, service interruptions, or other damages arising from use of the software.
